The staff was service-oriented and incredibly helpful, everything was pleasant. The location was comfortable and perfect, close to a river and the bay. Good choice of options nearby, I visited restaurants and eateries close to the hotel.

This place has recently undergone a renovation, has efficient and excellent staff, and is conveniently situated near the Historic District.

The hotel is comfortable and perfectly located close to the historical Charleston area. Our room was reasonably large and well-designed, with 2 beds. The breakfast was hot with a great view, and the rooftop bar was a plus. The location is very favorable, close to Downtown Charleston and the Historic District.

holiday inn in charleston provided a beautiful view and wonderfully accommodating staff. the gentleman driving the shuttle was amazing - a gem who was personable. the front desk was helpful and awesome. the location is great with excellent restaurants and shopping nearby. the staff was fine. the restaurant staff were very friendly and went above and beyond.

Great food for breakfast in the restaurant. Fashionable room with an extremely comfy bed. Perfectly positioned in a downtown area, just next door to historic Charleston. Multiple local eateries nearby.

This place is tidy and modern, with quick Wi-Fi and a great rooftop eatery, plus spacious rooms with fantastic views.

Everything is great here, had a nice stay for Christmas Holidays. It is perfectly set in a market area. Make sure to get standard room with a decent view and King beds and usb chargers.

Had a comfortable stay on a weekend, everything was great. The room was reasonably spacious and huge, especially an absolutely gorgeous view of the harbor from the window. The staff were very polite people. The venue was in a central location right by harbor and downtown, 5 other sites, and Historic District. I had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn Charleston-Riverview. The room was large with a stunning view of the harbor, and the staff were extremely friendly. Additionally, the hotel's location was convenient, close to the harbor, downtown, and several historical sites.
